Specialising in massage, Natalie also has over 20 years experience in Usui and Rainbow Reiki as a practitioner and teacher. With a passion for health and wellbeing, she also has a BSc in Cognitive Neuroscience from the University of Sussex and more recent studies include training in auricular acupuncture.

Her massage style focuses on alleviating pain, stiffness and muscular aches. Combining deep tissue techniques with relaxing movements provides an effective and soothing treatment. A wide repertoire of techniques is used at a pressure to suit each individual.
